“About 150 students a day spent most of their free time on the Tables and they are in use for at least an hour before and after every school day. Many boys who would otherwise be at a loose-end have adopted this as their break and lunch activity. It’s so popular, we had to buy more and move them to a larger area.”

- Mr M. Ripper, Assistant Headteacher at The Bulmershe School (Reading)

“The aim was to introduce a new sport to the staff and students. No one on our 40+ sports staff had heard of Speedminton, never mind played it. After the first session which ended due to failing light, they were unanimously entusiastic. They even stayed late to continue playing. Since then it has been played by staff and students in the sports hall, on grass, on tarmac and some staff have even borrowed it for the weekend. A great success!

The table tennis table was introduced to the college to support lunchtime enrichment activities and is used on a casual basis by the students. Great addition to our facilities, robust and sturdy and in use daily.”

- Neil Mc Millan, Sports Department, The Manchester College

“The kids love it. We get hours and hours of fun out of it.”

- Barbara Stewart, Steiner School (Edinburgh)

“It's a healthy activity for our day care unit. The table gets them out into fresh air!”
